What a night last night was .....
Present were: my daughter Lynette, my son Anthony
with his partner Cheryl, my sisters Pat, Louise,
their husbands Michael and David, Pat’s son
Andrew and his son Joseph, Louise’s two daughters,
Sharlie (with her children George and Henry) and
Sharon with their partners Lloyd and Adam, and her
son Christopher and partner Sam. Everyone who could,
turned up. My brother Peter and family were away,
so could not come; Andrew’s wife had to stay
at home to look after their daughter; my son Samuel
was away, so he also missed it. I had lain into
the potato pie, mushy peas and red cabbage. And
also put some money behind the bar! I drank more
than I should have. But hey, what the hell, as it
may be a long while until I can enjoy a good drink
again! Don’t know what time I came home (about
1:00am I think). Left my jacket at the pub, so had
to get spare set of keys from Anthony!
