Had a good night out at my local last night.
Informed my friends of my illness; thought it better
be me telling them rather than them finding out
later and getting upset that I hadn’t told
them. Everyone is really supportive and this, to
me, helps. Got up this morning nearly back to my
old self. Still got this illness but after yesterday,
my mindset is really positive. I am not daft enough
to think I won’t still have bad days in the
future but today I am okay. Going to my brother’s
place for tea with Peter, his wife Lindsey and their
daughter Laura Mae. Peter is a good cook so I should
have a good time and probably stay overnight. Made
myself 2 bacon sandwiches for breakfast, first time
I have eaten breakfast this week.
