10 Months Clear

Hi,
Had my fifth checkup yesterday and got the all clear thank god. Cant say I find these two months cycles very easy. Sometimes I find myself saying this part is harder than the actual treatment. Guess its all about finding some acceptance.

Physically gained a kilo and told I am looking well although a bit gaunt on face. Milk seems to work with getting most foods down. Drinking loads of tea now but use to be a coffee man? Even managed to cut grass without stopping for a drink of water? Solution is suck a lollipop. So welcome Kojak II.

Oh yeah. I saw some interesting messages about alcohol recently and it reminded me that I am 7 years sober this month. If I have to give anything else up I might as well become a monk.

Take care

Chloe,

Good for you and hope you have something nice planned for the 22nd?

On the way to hospital I was shaking in my boots and on the way home smiling and so happy. Went into the ward and said hi to the nurses and doctors as well which was good.

Take care

Good Morning Chloe,
I wish you well in Albania, things must have improved a lot since I was last there (around twenty five years ago)but please make sure you have sufficient supplies of whatever medication you need and other basic essentials because even if there is a local shop they probably won't have what you need.
Best wishes, please let us know how you get on.
Keep Smiling
John
