Hey Everyone!
Yesterday was exactly 12 months since my last RT treatment! Yeah! I had to go for my regular check up and now I don't have to see them for 2 months. I feel really well, can eat most foods can taste most things and the only real problem I have is that my energy levels and motivation hasn't fully returned yet.
So for all you that are behind me, it gets better!
Hugs and best wishes

It is a definite milestone. I am nearly two years but my energy levels and motivation are not getting any better. Im not sure though if this is a mindset I have got myself into, I am more relaxed about things now and tend to do things at my own pace rather than someone elses.

Great news Vickyh,
I remember my 1st year milestone too. Nowhere near as good as yours. Well done. I bet you can't eat a packet of crisps or take food with chilli in it though!!
I know I can't and that's over 7 years down the line!! Never mind I think i'll live with that!

Best wishes Tony K

Hi Tony

I can eat crisps, but not any spicey foods! No cakes or bread or meat, but ok with toast, fish and veg.Dunked biscuits are good too! So it seems we're all different!
Thanks for all the support from everyone.
Hugs
