I was 1 year free on the 22nd and celebrated by going to Alania and building a childrens playground in a really poor village. I was worried about if my side effects would be a problem - but coped fine - just had a problem with the rolls we were served in the evening.

I had an awesome week and it seemed a great thing to do - giving something back. It was funny to think a year before I could barely get out of bed and this year I was making cement (by hand), cutting metal, lugging concrete blocks, holding metal to be welded (terrifying) and painting the top of a 9 foot piece of equipment - sitting on the top (even more terrifying)!!!!
