Is loaned to you on trust for those
who may seek or need your counsel

The wisdom that you are acquire
Is not yours to squander on your selfish self
but exists to swell the collective wisdom
You are a leader for those that follow you.

The guidance that you are given
on your route, contains the seeds of happiness
and should be shared to swell all peoples’ joy
You are a leader for those that follow you.

The gratitude that you received
from those you advised, is to be passed on,
with more, to those you whose advice you sought
You are a leader for those that follow you.

The quiet satisfaction you feel,
when others seek and take your advice
Cannot be bought or sold for gold
