Hi Tracie, sorry you have to become a member of the forum, it'd be nice if nobody needed it but we are all here for each other.
You will probably find answers to any questions you have here but try not to listen to doom merchants on some other areas of the net. It's better to go on fact only and everyone on this site will only give you genuine advice. I hope all goes well for you and you husband. Hagg.

At last, 11 YEARS and still kicking it.

Hi Tracie,
As Hagg says - I too am sorry that you had to become a member of this exclusive club. I call it exclusive as here each one gives the best possible advise they can give as all have been through with it. All is not lost and do not look at it that way. Cancer certainly does not mean the end of the world and you can see that amid all the people here - who have all fought their battles against the illness and have emerged from the same well enough to live new lives again.

Do keep us posted on your husbands illness and you will truly be amazed at the response you get.

With warm regards to both your husband and you,
Take care,
Ananth

hi tracie

i joined this site a couple of months ago and it has helped me. it really is an exclusive club as ananth says, let's be honest we don't let anyone in, and no amount of money will help you! Smiler But there is a lot of positive and honest advice here and most of all..more than any doctor you speak to all these people really know what you are going through.

keep us posted on your husband's progress...

Take care and try to stay positive!

welcome tracie
as the other members have said we are sorry that you find yourself having to join this site.but you will get untold support from us all as we are all the same boat.some have cancer and some like you have a partner who has been diagnosed with cancer.we are all aware of what you are going through and its a scary time isn't it?any questions then fire away you can be sure that someone has also been there.its early days yet but soon you will know how the doctors plan to get rid of the cancer and the treatments that will be available.it really is the fear of the unknown but once you know what will be planned then you will go along with the rollercoaster of it all.good luck keep in touch love shirl xxx

Welcome Tracie, as just about everyone mentioned above, this isn't a site anyone wants to join, but thank goodness it's here for those of us who need it!

So I'll just say welcome and let you know that this is a very supportive group here and everyone will do their best to help you with whatever questions you may have. Even if you just want to rant and rave, we're great listeners also!

Best wishes, Cricket
