Hi everyone,

As the title says, at 4.30pm this afternoon my Dad was given the all clear, there is no cancer left in his mouth or his lymph glands. His consultant was happy with Dads progress but he may have to go back in for a small op. Where they took the skin graft from his wrist it hasn't healed properly, the area got all infected and looks a real mess with tendons etc showing, they're going to take him back in and clear it all up. He still cant eat, 6 weeks on and his tongue is still swollen, consultant said it was ok, it was just going down at a slower rate than expected, looks like Christmas dinner will have to be liquidised!!
