Hi,
Mum has cancer of the tongue again despite having radiotherapy for another tumour on her tongue about 6 months ago.
Not sure how it come back so soon after being zapped by radiotherapy. She was just getting back on her feet as well! Anyway just thought I would leave you all a message to say that someone out here is thinking of you all.
I hope you find health and happiness very soon.
As for mum, we are awaiting an operation now to remove the tumour. I dont know if it has spread in the tongue or lymph nodes only time will tell.

Hello Linda - everyone on here will be feeling for your dear Mum as we all live with this fear. Many of us have had the operation your Mum will be going through and its no joke, but we cope with it and make the best of life learning to speak and swallow again. If you or your Mum have any questions there is always someone here who can help.
