Do you get a sense of vertigo in the shower,Or when you get up suddenly?

What I have to do now is to get up slowly or start to think about it before I do it, otherwise I'm spinning right round or laughing at the flooring! Regurgitated Jevity tastes better the second time around!

This is one of my main problems, also if I tilt my head to far back, I have to lift if back myself!
