we just found out that my dad was at this stage...he had tonuge surgery and partial neck dissection, but the throat was clear of the cancer...waiting on pathology report...but the part of the tongue rremoved is black in color and has a green flum on it...he has thrush in his mouth also, and bad breath? is this common with surgery? and the staging N0 M0 what is that
