My dear friend James,
I must and am the luckiest to person to have as a friend and I am glad that I bring luck to all my close and dear ones( just a joke and not to be taken seriously - about me being a lucky guy) I hoestly feel I am the lucky guy who gets to see friends getting better and better and then get ready to fly out of the nests as the birds do. I cannot think of your long awaited dream come alive and will remember us when you are on the beach eyc. in Thailand. I dont know about others but you will always be there. Thank you for all your support and love. I really appreciate the bond we built up not just between oursleves but with all members of the team. The bond is for a life time and is so strong that there is nothing that can ever break it.

Do take care of yourself and as I always advocate - live life Kingsize. Do everything that life has to offer without fear of the consequences as they will all fall into place. Never deny your self any thing as it may just remain something you desired but just remained a regret.

You have all my details if you should ever need me and in most probablities, if I am able to travel - you will find me there by your side to give you a helping hand (remember the song?). In any case - if you do not have my details - you can send me an email at : ananthshenoy@email.com,Cansupport@mail.com ( a new addition to my kitty which I am trying very hard to make it a reality). My telephone number - landline is +91 0120 4252440 and my mobiles are +91 9810069929 and +91 9910069929. I am available on these numbers at anytime irresspective of any time differences as friend have full rights to call and say what the want at anytime they want. However, there is a certain mantra I would like to add and it will see you through most situations. It is nothing extraordinary but facts of life which lead will lead you to a great carefree life.

"DON'T LET SOMEONE BECOME A PRIORITY IN YOUR LIFE...
WHEN YOU ARE JUST AN OPTION FOR THEM....."

"NEVER CRY FOR ANY RELATIONSHIP IN LIFE
BECAUSE FOR THE ONE WHOM YOU CRY
DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR TEARS
AND THE ONE WHO DESERVES
WILL NEVER LET YOU CRY......... ........ "

TREAT EVERYONE WITH POLITENESS
EVEN THOSE WHO ARE RUDE TO YOU,
NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT NICE
BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NICE........ ......... ......

NEVER SEARCH YOUR HAPPINESS IN OTHERS
WHICH WILL MAKE YOU FEEL ALONE,
RATHER SEARCH IT IN YOURSELF
YOU WILL FEEL HAPPY
EVEN IF YOU ARE LEFT ALONE....... ......... ......

HAPPINESS ALWAYS LOOKS SMALL
WHEN WE HOLD IT IN OUR HANDS.
BUT WHEN WE LEARN TO SHARE IT,
WE REALIZE HOW BIG AND PRECIOUS IT IS! ............

Be happy always,
with all my love and hugs,
Ananth

Hi everyone
I had intended to post this week to celebrate one year since treatment finished. I've had a few scares and I still have some bad days but basically I' m OK.
However, having read through the posts I would like to send my sincerest best wishes to Deborah and Trev and to Chelle. You were a true comfort to me in my dark days and I'm sure you'll be giving us all better news this week.
Many thanks to all of you who wished me well on my travels.
Love and regards, as always,
James.

Dear James,
I guess I will have to keep congratulating you every year that passes by and I just hope the same just carries on and on. I am truly happy for you James and that your life is now on track. Do give all your news. I am still here in Delhi - though minus a large amount of that sense of joy and humor I used to have. However, finally turned old as years go, celebrating mt 50th. birthday on the 28th. of June but getting younger as far as thinking is concerned.
Keep in touch old friend and if you are still in Thailand give my love to the elephants and in case you are with the family tons of love to them.
You take care - understand?????
Lots of love and king size "elephantic hugs" (anything known as such - anyway - now there is!!),
Ananth

Hello Ananth
Thanks for your kind words and belated birthday greetings for your 50th. You remain an inspiration. Although I haven't posted I have checked in from time to time to see how people are doing and no matter how low I might be as soon as I see 'ANANTH' I have to smile.
I have been over to Thailand a couple of times since we were last in touch and got back to the UK a couple of weeks ago. All being well I'll go back for a month in September.
Healthwise it's been a very, very slow improvement not helped by another detached retina in May which needed emergency surgery.
You might have lost a bit of bounce, old mate, but you are still important to many folk who come here for advice and comfort and long may it remain so.
Take care
Love and regards
James.

Dear James,
It is really great to hear from you and just like you my eyes too lit up reading your post and am even happier to read your reply though not very happy of the way things have been moving and the detached retina.

Frankly speaking James, I am the same - the eternal Peter Pan and still have enough left in me but somehow I have lost interest in posting sympathy posts as they mean nothing. Its best to post something that will help the person and not make things worse by giving so much sympathy that they begin to cry and wallow in self pity. I know this is going to anger a lot of people, but then I have reached the point -where you know the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me".
I had a torrid time saturday night and have posted the details on "questions and answers". See if you get a chance to read it. I think it should help a lot of people who are on peg feed.

You, my friend, take care and not just just care but extra care as you still have miles to go and places to visit....blah blah blah and blah! Smiler

Keep writing in - it certainly makes my day much better.
Lots of love to all,
Ananth

Hi James,
It's been a while!
Thailand must have been amazing, i'm so jealous! I wont be getting away until next year though, the new business is too demanding! (& the mortgage increase is tight).
So glad you are doing well!
Love michelle

Hello James, I pressume you enjoyed the Kingdom of Thailand, great people, and why can they only pay half of our petrol prices when we have the North Sea, and monthly utility blls are a few quid. Why is it so xxxxxxxx expensive in Britain.

Anyway I would be interested to learn how you are, what you are able to eat, how much weight you put back on, and how are your teeth.

I optimistic of going to Krabi province soon, warm up.

Regards
