Hi Guys well its been a few months since I wrote and some one reminded me to get back to you?

Well it’s all Good news so far, after going through hell and back, as my team Doctors said, we are not trying to let you have a few years more, we are going to cure you.

Fortunately for me I caught this VIRUS fast and the quicker you catch it the more chance of a cure the HPV Virus, as some of you may well know it is not so life threatening as a Normal Cancer or small Tumor in my case.

Now all signs of the swelling has gone the MRI Scan came back with only Scar Tissue showing and the bad cells in my blood, were Killed with the latest Chemo and Radiation, I was lucky enough to have here in Thailand, there is only 2 Hospitals here with this new Treatment, if I had gone to the UK I would have had to have my Tongue cut out, as I can only have this expensive treatment privately there. But it costs 6 time more there and up to 10 time more in the States,

So the only side effect I have now is 10% of my taste Buds not working, dry Mouth if I talk to much and all other signs have gone now and I feel better than I did before and I have lost 17 kg so I look so good now, also so if you have this Problem there is hope and you can get over it, the Doctors told me I have 80% chance of living more than 10 years, if I have constant Scans after 5 years free of any signs of a recurrence ill be cured, but now I’m so fit, I have not been happier in a long time, No worries good income, amazing home and living in Paradise. Lots of wonderful friends who were my Rock during the most horrendous part of my lucky life. and for me a guy who has been incredibly blessed in life and never sick I prey every day I’m so fortunate now.

Good luck to you all?

LMTU

LMTU,

So glad to hear how well you are doing. It is always so promising to her the good stories.

On another note I would like to know what chemo you had?

Asking because I have been doing chemo since January it made minor changes to my lung mestasis and now I have mestasis to my left hip while doing carboplatin and taxol. So they have since switched me to Cisplatin and 5-fu. And I can say I took the cisplatin and taxol with out too much problems was slightly naseaus but nothing compared to the most recent treatment. I had to take the 5-fu home in a bag and lost 10lbs that week alone. Then couldn't eat for almost another week. I am getting ready for round two which was delayed a week due to low white blood cells and still haven't gained the 10lbs back.

Again so glad to hear how well you are doing!

Pam
