I used to smoke 5/6 cigerretes a day just a week back.Besides I had a habbit of taking smokeless tobaccoes.Since last week I have been seeing some scars inside my mouth which don't hurt or bleed or cause any problem.But I have been really worried what these will lead to.I have stopped taking smokeless tobaccoes and smoking as well.Please let me know what else I have to do.I am really really worried of my life.

Anirban, Keep watch over the marks in your mouth for 12-30 days. If they don't go away, see your dentist and discuss the need for a biopsy.

I'll definitely stay away from any from of tobacco.Now I really want all the governments to ban every form of tobacco.This is so tempting to see people around you holding the cigarettes :-).
