Hi Fred Welcome to our exclusive little club! Congratulations on finishing treatments. I've noticed that there's not a whole bunch of support out in the real world for head & neck cancer survivors. You're sure to find someone here who's been through a situation that's the same or similar to yours. Talk if you feel like it, lurk when you want to, I hope you find what you need here. Again, welcome! Julia Howdilly doodilly, survivorinos!

Hello Fred, I hope that finding fellow survivors on this site is as great a boost to your morale as it has been for me.

Hi Fred, I agree with David. I finished my treatment back in 2008 and felt very lonely. I felt that no one really understood, and then I stumbled across this site and what a site it is. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me. Regards Sue

Hi Fred. You have had some tough treatment.Take heart - this is the worst you will feel - so things can only get better! And they will. Look after your mental health too. don't be afraid of chemical support. Antidepressants helped me when i was down following a RND and RT. Good luck Tony K
