Hello everyone, I am the daughter of a cancer survivor, and it is equally tough on me as everyday I struggle along with her to bring some normalcy in our lives, and I am glad to be a part of this group,

Hi Sarita,
I too am a cancer survivor (so far) and also live in India. My name is Ananth and I was diagnosed with cancer of the larynx in the year 2000. Who from your family is a survior? It will be nice to hear from you. Take care, Ananth Live on your beliefs and strength- and you will become immortal. |

Hi Sarita, welcome to the forum. I know from how much my wife suffered that it's bad for friends and relatives too. Hang in there. Hagg.
13 years and still kicking it. Never give up your fight. |

Hi Sarita, Welcome to the site.
You dont say who has the Cancer(guess your Father) but your obviously caring for someone and yes I guess it hard to watch people suffer even after surgery as it take so long to recover mentally and physically. It would be goodmif you could tell us how you cope and stratagies you use it will help many people and help ME understand what its like for YOU who I feel also suffers as I am alone so in a different position. My friend Ananth who posted earlier is a great guy to ask any questions and he is in India so will know the system which is different from here to get any help you need. take care Paul |
