Hi all, just an update on Dawn. She had a consultation with her consultant last week and everything was fine. In fact he said he didnt anticipate any more problems. She is now on quarterly reviews and does not have to see him again until August. Neck scars are now almost invisible although slight speech impediment persists. Given where we where 18 months ago this is a tremendous result. To all still suffering with this awful disease take heart and trust in your doctors.

Hi to everyone. An update on Dawn. She is doing well and is on 3 monthly reviews. Her next appointment is on Dec 16th. No scares in the last 12 weeks so hoping everything will be fine.
Matt lost his job two weeks ago but has had 3 offers since.He always seems to impress me. Glad to have him in the family. To everyone still suffering with this awful disease may you come out the other end in tact and full of hope .
