I agree Rolf, most of us present with a lump in the neck or inside the mouth, feel hoarse and generally feel out of sorts - lying on the bed need for nap that sort of thing. I believe my biggest symptom apart from the 'very small' neck lump was lethargy/tiredness/sleeping a lot and a lessened desire to do anything I normally did like clothes shopping. The latter should have told me something!!!
I think the image on that clip above is unsuitable.
