Hi Chaps,

I do have a 'new style' driving licence, passport, NUS card & college I.D. But the difference is those are all in my possesion and I control the use of them!These cannot be used w/o my agreeing to it by any government department!

As for CCTV in shops,streets and stadia these can only be kept for seven days maximum and then have to be erased! If to be used in evidence against the subject have to be submitted as evidence within 24-48 hrs! I know about surveilance!

As for a public web-site these can be copied by any-one!

Besides, it's my choice, and has nothing to do with the effects of surgery! I hate my photo being taken full stop!!!!

Alan, thanks for the reprise on the official, legal positions regarding surveillance.

However, it's your dislike of having your photo taken that I can understand best of all.

Until my retirement there were very few photos of me as an adult,and most of those were accidentally destroyed. After surgery and retirement what the hell do I care.

I have to admit that I knew Krishan was male as I have a friend in Sri Lanka with the same name.

Hope you're keeping reasonably well.
