As previous posts still on supplements and water

Today i woke up in an awfull mood and my dear wife wife took the blunt of it (over nothing)

im not proud of it and i wont let it happen again

She is my soulmate we are always together and i love her i want her to know how sorry i am

i would not be were i amn now withoutout her love support and care
