Well here I am, 12 years today I was diagnosed and even with the RT side effects my life's never been better. Anyone who is suffering, hang in there and keep fighting. Getting cancer really put things into perspective, you only get one chance, so do what you can when you can. All the best to everyone. Hagg.

12 years and still kicking it.

Ah, Haag! I usually shed tears around here due to bad news; in your case it's this excellent news that started the deluge. You've given me so much hope with your love of life, the tats, your terrific wife...all of it. I want to be just like you; minus the tats of course...and the wife. I'll take the bike though! Took a great Sierra Nevada trip on a Harley with an old biker buddy who thought I needed some soul rejuvenation. It worked.

Congrats, Haag. Thanks so much for your continued support. I think I love you!

Speaking of which:

Sometimes youtube works in the UK; sometimes not. I hope this is one of the working times. Here's my newest favorite feel-good music -- Afro-Reggae-Rap, filmed in Brazil, sung by an American (Michael Franti (born April 21, 1966, in Oakland, California, an American poet, musician, and composer of African, Native American, Irish, French and German descent.) This makes me smile, makes me dance, makes me happy.

Makes Mimi happy vid

If you can't view it from my link, look for Michael Franti & Spearhead: Say Hey Music Video on UK youtube or whatever you use.

Thanks again, Haag.

Mimi

Hi everybody!

It is SO nice to have a truly happy page from time to time.

Hagg, congrats on making it twelve years. Celebrate, man, celebrate!

Mimi, it sounds like you had a wonderful trip. Will you be going to Sturgis next year for Bike Week?

The song was great! My favorite line was "the more I see, the less I know."

How did I not see this on my daily check in? I'm soooooooo happy for you and have the greatest respect for you for the way you continue to come on the forum and give everyone (newcomers, particularly) H.O.P.E. Well done, my tattoed friend. (Mimi, go and get the tatt first, it's MUCH cheaper than a bike and you will love it!)
Hagg I think you should come up to London to celebrate???????

Julia, I'm celebrating as we speak Big Grin.
Deborah, I'm really gutted I cant make London Frowner, I'd love to have met you. I do think Mimi should have a tattoo though Big Grin.

Hi Hagg,

Well done and enjoy your celebrations.

There has been many bad days but I have looked at your signature "12 years and still kicking it" many times and said to myself, you can get through this.

Thanks Hagg.
