cycle 1 of chemo

Hi Everyone
Just a quick update. I have completed cycle 1 of my chemo (5 to go) I have to stay in hospital for a week to have it which is a shame but it went ok. I have been very shocked at how much it took it out of me. I was so exhausted which got me very low and depressed. But feeling lots better now, and trying to get out and about before I have to go back in for the next cycle.
All my support to everyone who is going through treatment.

Hi Clare So good to hear from you and well done for getting No1 out of the way. At least now you know what to expect and can be mentally prepared for the other sessions. Try your best to get physically prepared too - eat well - lots of sleep etc. It will all be over before you know it and you will be able to get on with living your young life to the full. We are all here for you! God bless. Brenda x
