Off to Indonesia on family hols, tomorrow . To attend an 80th birthday, listen to Gamelan and Sunda music , watch Kechak and Barong dancing. Got to pack now :sigh: .
Will be checking up on you lot when I get the chance. So if you don't hear immediately from me - it is R & R  . (Family think it stands for reading and research! I will show them .) Take care all.
Best wishes Vinod

Vinod - have a wonderful holiday. For sure you deserve it.
I find gamelan quite ethereal, and just once I've heard it fused with western music, quite successfully.
Incidentally, many moons ago to the people I was with at the time R&R meant "Rape and Run". I'm sure that wouldn;t apply what with your family and all.
Safe journey, safe holiday
