It's strange isn't it, the power of this group.

I haven't been around as long as some, and I am not a sufferer myself, but watching my mum go through the things she has had to endure has been humbling.

What I am trying to say Dave and Sue, is that, at times, when I joined I felt a desparation in your "voice", which gradually seems to be lifting.

As usual, Chelle sums it up "getting there nicely".

Well done you !!!

Well done, Dave! Congratulations on the weight gain.
As a non-sufferer, one can feel out of place on the forum, however I think it's great to meet people who are happy about weight gain. That's very healthy. Great news!
Winnie is right ~ you do sound more relaxed and that's terrific too.

Thanks
Chelle,Winnie and Deb

I do feel more relaxed, and would agree there was desperation and dispair born from sleepless nights and treatments plus medications

med are slowley dissappering
the pycologist as worked wonders for my depression

and the acupunturist great for anxiety

and of course all the support from my good friends here

Once again thaks we do appriciate it
