Hey you,
Even though you'll miss her i'm sure you'll feel a bit of pride getting back to a bit of the normal old routine?

My typical food day consists of -
Breakfast -
Cereal with milk and chopped banana. Probiotic drink.

11:00 -
Hot choccy with a couple of dunked biccies]

Lunch -
Salad with non-vinegar dressing.
or
noodles.

Dinner -
Whatever i fancy! I even had a medium stake with a very mild creamy peppercorn sauce!
I discovered i can now have chips & gravey (very northern - we don't DO that down here Big Grin)

& if i eat early enough i have pudding!

I'm feeling good thanks. Looks like my grooming salon will be opening in the next month or so. So i'm working too hard trying to get it together. Filming an NHS documentary tomorrow. Got a cold but hey ho!

Dear Dave, Susan and Michelle,
I too had a couple of great meals - milkshakes, lentils, high protien liquids and just name all the yummy stuff I had it. Unfortunately my body refused to accept the solids and was able to pump the liquids in though!!!Smiler. Please trust me I am not wallowing in self pity etc. as I enjoy people eating and drinking and am not too bad at cooking either.
Michelle - STEAKS!!!! thats really got me - and I recall every time I wnet to the steak house in Australia and had a ball. I could only have beef aboard as eating cow or buffalo or ox are forbidden by hindu law and god help the guy who does get his teeth into a great bite - he wont have teeth left for another!!

I am really happy that things are moving really well and am pretty sure they will carry on. Eh Michelle- send me tips on grooming - it my just about help me look suave and one hellva looker.
Smiler Smiler Smiler

Lots of love,
Ananth
