Hi there - well no I've never had a problem with heat (so far).

Shat I have noticed is that, despite the fact I had no adverse reactions to radiot. if I'm caught in strong sunlight I find a tighteneing feeling in my throat area where I think the radiot. was aimed. This even if I've lathered moisturing/sun cream (factor 25) on.

Hence the big hat order !!

Sun no problem for me but I tend to get tired very quickly and the sun makes me more tired so do not sit out in im like Im used to, Thiking about it I do not like the sun as much when in England for some reason it is not the same as sitting on a beach listening to the waves Smiler

Its been good today I went in the garden for awhile this AM before it git too hot it was really nice. I thought you might like it shelley Smiler but I would rather be on a beech somewhere!!! Paul
