Hello worried-one I hope you mum gets better; she will need your help in this. You will find much help and support from our members here. How did your mum's tongue cancer present and how did it get to be diagnosed late? hello, my mum had an ulcers on her tongue and after it got quite bad she went to the dentist/ doctor (cant remember which one first). They thought it was a much less serious condition (cant remember name)but it was only when she went to the hospital, that it was recognised as much more serious than first thought so she had some tests and it turned out as cancer. thanks for your concern, she is hopefully on her way to recovery! | ||||
