Have you considered ringing the diabetic/metabolic clinic and asking for feeding advice over the phone. I am sure being a diabetic you would get a response. They often have useful suggestions for oral problems and food intake. I know my clinic has several helpful booklets on eating when you have diffciulty taking table foods. Other than that you could buy Complan or nutritionally balanced liquid food products your local chemist sells. Your dietician's clinic may have samples they could give you. Most of us had prescriptions for such food from the gp after/during radiotherapy. | ||||
