"OH! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING OH! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY"
Today is the start of a lovely day the birds are singing and the traffic down the main road is a buzzing. There is no extremes and everything is as it used to be (I do suffer from a little fuzzyness) with colours and sounds normal. The thrill to be in a place of normalness is a true blessing and to wake and open my site (and everybody elses)and read your blessing is truely joyous. I would like to try and respond to all who have written to me and this may take some time but I will keep it short. Bell & Paul, Thank you, The kidney pain I have is something that I have lived with for many years as I have Medullary Sponge kidneys and multiple stones in each one, the R/T that was given to me with the last lot of treatment was said to damage my left kidney and so I had expected some problems (doesn't mean I want it) and that was stored in my brain as something not to look forward to. Finding 6 large stones during thr CT scan was a "Big Thrill. NOT", the fact that they did not remove the main one surprised me "however they know more than I". I must assume that your Broadband is back on line as I think I would go into broadband arrest without ours, as it is never OFF. Lovelly to hear from you. Cathy, Hagg, Shirl & Mimi. Thank you for your responses and I am thrilled beyond belief to get them as each night and morning I open (currently its Deb who is opening my mail as I can hardly see a thing)my site and have Deb read the responses and it is without a doubt the most important part of the day or night , your postings fill my heart with joy and makes things worthwhile. I like you all would love for Deb to rest and have a full sleep but the trooper she is means she wakes as soon as I move and is asking "Whats wrong?". Deb is strong and I can't love her enough for what she does for me. Tony & Kathy, Angie, Mum,Winnie,Cricket. Yes being home again was soooo magnificent and apart from the after effects of the anesthetics (something like that) things were looking up, however the after effects of the drugs were a total downer and like I have said "why do people pay to have this trip? DickHeads My Cocky Mate ThankYou ThankYou. Chloe, it's been a long time but always worth it to hear from you. |

Hi Trev,
Well you really are one amazing man. Its sooo nice to read your post and to know that you get so much comfort from this site. I have again to say a big thanks to you and Debs for all of your sharing. I find you both truly inspirational and have learned a great deal from you both (and other posters on this board). I certainly think I have got much better at enjoying the 'here and now' since I started posting and am able to find new wonder and enjoyment in things. Chaz and I have been to 2 wonderful plays this week. We saw Waiting for Godot with Patrick Stewart rom Star Trek and Sir Ian McKellan from Lord of the Rings which was fab and a fascinating South African production of the Tempest by Shakespeare which was full of African music and dancing that had been adapted to fit the colonial and apartheid story. I celebrated every second of having my wonderful partner Chaz there holding my hand. The sharing his excitement during the stunning Melbourne Grand Prix was icing on the cake as he was so ill at the end of the last season. Spring is in the air here too and I can hear birds singing and the thunder of horses hooves as the race horses that are stabled down the road from us go for their run across the downs. We never know whats round the corner, but when I worry about the future I always think about you and Debs who have become kind of role models for me. I just hope that I can cope with any tough times with your courage. Have a super day. I hope you get time to love each other lots and perhaps go on another date to McDonalds! Cath |

It never fails to amaze me what some people do for fun !!! Trev - I'm so pleased you are feeling better and your craving for "normalness" is echoed by my mother every day. She always says, I don't want anything special - just normal will do. Lots of love xx |

Hi Trev and Deb, I'm glad things are picking for you a bit Trev, I haven't been on the forum so much recently as I've been so busy with other stuff but I keep looking in on your posts when I'm online to see how things are going. Take care, Hagg.

Hi you two,
My beloved laptop acquired numerous viruses and Trojans (no, not the condoms) and has been out of commission since Thursday. Everything is back to normal now and all I have to do is reinstall all the games I play (good fun while recovering from whatever) and a ton of other stuff that I amuse myself with. I kept my fingers crossed when I signed on (yes, I know it's hard to type that way) and breathed a big sigh of relief to see that Trev is back to his usual self, sponge kidneys and all. I wondered about you so many times over the past 4 days and wish I'd studied telepathy while in school. Take care - I've got to run off and answer about 200 emails! Mimi |

Hi! All,
Well here I am with my lovely Deb and her Dad staying in a House on the coast overlookinhg the sea with the chirping of Larks and Gulls. On Wednesday afternoon Deb decided that we would pack our bongo's and have break from the trauma that is going on about us and shoot of for a few days rest, we rang Dad and within the hour we werde on our way to Point Turton, a lovely spot sitting atop a cliff overlooking the Gulf of St, Vincent. We are only 20 to 30 metres from the Gulf and if it wasn't for the cliff that I would have to negotiate, I would have been in the brinee, OH Well Deb was down there and said it was lovely. I have been having a constant Kidney pain and have to drink reguarly so as to pass urine to keep my kidney's functioning, I have apart from this reduced the amount of Pain Relief over the lasy few days and am happy that I have reduced the Endone's and Panadol. We are returning home Friday as I have another family get together on the Saturday where we are taking the little ones to the Zoo, very exciting as I haven't been to the Zoo for possibly 30 years odd, so that will be fun. Healthwise things are looking up and I am getting through each day without too much strife and this also is good for Deb as she can relax and get her own health back to good. I must say it again and that is for me the best time of the day is waking and loging on to this site as my good friends seeing Posts on here makes my spirit and strength of will all that much stronger. so keep the Posts coming. Love Trev |

Hi There Trev ,so lovely to see your posts up and running again .Really enjoyed readng about your latest trip sounds beautiful .Relieved to hear your pain has settled and you are back in control keep the old fluids up for the kidly diddlies. They say over here that an Irish Guiness is ideal for flushing them out maybe you can get them in Aussie and a wee buzz is included in the bottle ,lol.
We are still in the throws of finding a cocktail of drugs to give relief and Paul very down as he is reverting back to being dopey and disfunctional which you will understand .Last night was only a marginaaly better but plodding on in the meantime .Maybe by the time our summer arrives we will take a wee trip also and have a little fun and games . I relay all the stories good and bad to Paul and he always asks how you are doing Trev so this will indeed be nice one to tell him . Have fun at the zoo ,we love the zoo and although we are still waiting on Grandchildren we still go .When we were down having treatment in London last May we had to amuse ourselves each day after treatment and spent a fab day at London zoo .You keep up the good work Trev . I believe you are in for a surprise tonight !! so will look forward to hearing all about it. Mind u with the time difference you may well have seen it . Bye for now Trev. Look forward to your updates . Bell . |

Hi All!,
Had a fabulous time down the coast BUT must have eaten something the didn't appeal to my stomach and when we go home I started with a painfull belly and sawness around the Kidney area, also a feeling of totally downess or Lethargy I put up with the ill's and finally caved in and had a "Diazapam" which calmed me down quite a bit.I have case of partial blindness as I am having trouble focusing on anything even when I have my glasses on I have trouble getting things into sinc. Bell I will take into consideration your remedy for kidney stones (or the flushing of)as I used to be a wee bit partial to the Golden Black Ale. They can the Ale in 500ml Cans here with a Mareble to stir the brew bwfore openning. Take xare All Love Trev. |
