Hi
After nearly two years of voluntary work and loads of support from a counsellor at the cancer support unit at my local hospital I just worked my first day in a paid job! Last month was my 6monthly check-up, now 4 1/2 years post diagnosis and all is well. Just one more check up to go! Really feel like I am getting my life back on track at long last.So, all of you who are still struggling, hang in there - life does get better!

Fantastic news! Sounds like you're on a roll and I just hope everything gathers pace and goes from strength to strength.Onwards and upwards.

congratulations. After having cancer everything changes and it's great that you are starting to feel your life getting back to normal. I am not there yet, but I have moments of equalibrium and hope.

That's good news. It feels really good to get back to paid work after all that time. It helped me a lot when I got to that point of recovery. Congratulations Sheila. Hagg.
