I have just checked in online and my flight takes of at 8.20 this evening.The radio interviews for Mouth Cancer Awareness week are set up,the research interviews finished,and i am done for now.5 weeks of rest and relaxation are just what the doctor ordered so i can shake of the effects of my hospital stay and get my strength back

I will have my laptop with me and if anyone needs me drop me a line.

the time difference is +4 on gmt ,so i left last night at 8.20 pm gmt and arrived here at 7.30 am UAE time.its now 9.20 in the evening and i am in bed!!!
