I think this is the first time in the last seven years I really felt alive and that is thanks to my eldest son who finished his high school with honours and has been selected to attend college to do his Bachelor in Management and then MBA in the US of A - with a full scholarship. He has really made me proud and I think every bit of suffering was worth it to see my son give me this gift.

I made a five year plan when I was first diagnosed, and my goal is to see my son graduate from University.
