Hello Samad

It is unlikely the ulcers you describe are a cancer. There are probably recurrent apthous ulcerations. Please see your doctor about the ulcers and ask for a referral to the hospital specialist for further advice, investigation on management if you aren't getting better.

Best wishes

Hello Samad

I am not an expert so please check this link to cracked lips. You may also find these links on chapped lips and discussion forum on cappped lips helpful. Let us know what works.

Best wishes
