Hello everyone, I hope you have enjoyed as good a Christmas as you possibley can.

As I mentioned before, the cancer has now gone into my skull and I was told it is inoperable. I am going to London on Wednesday for Gamma Knife treatment, which is meant to zap the tumour - so 'fingers crossed'. It is not an instantaneous thing so I won't know how effective it has been for many months. I am hoping it will take the pain away a bit sooner than that though.

Let's hope that 2006 will prove to be a healthier year for us all. With love Brenda x

Dear Brenda

I hope all goes well. The gamma knife is non-invasive and precise and the Cromwell Gamma Knife Centre is a centre of excellence. So you will be in good hands. Let me know if there is any way in which we could help.

Best wishes always

Thanks to all of you for your kind wishes. Well I have been there, done that and am back home safe and sound!! It has all happened so fast I am still spinning. I just thank God for the wonderful people who have made it possible for me to have this treatment and, as you say Fran, that the machinery is available.

All good wishes to everyone for a brilliant and healthy 2006. Love B x

Good evening Brenda,
This is my first posting of 2006 and there can not be a better subject than to wish you luck with your recent treatment: the right sort of luck this time because you have had more than your fair share of the other sort.May the new year bless you with a return to reasonable health, you deserve it.Who knows we may even get round to visiting Christians,if only to stand outside and remember how good their fish and chips used to taste.
God bless you.
Keep Smiling Razzer
John
A happy new year to one and all.

Jerry, my husband, cancer came back in his skull. The Doctors here have not mentioned anything about this procedure. I will mention it to them. Brenda I hope everything turned out well.
