Hi,
Just how old are you Grandad? I can ask, you are not a woman, ha ha.
I have two grandsons (four in August and two gone March) and I love them to little bits. When I was sick they gave me something to aim for, as in, I want to see them grow up.
Saying that, Andrew the eldest can ask some challenging questions. He asks me about my face, scars, speech and if I am better now and not going to get sick again (he's been around from day one and has seen it all) On Tuesday he followed me to the bathroom (which is not unusual so be prepared) and asked if the doctors had cut off my willy too.
I'm a girl, I know I'm a girl, I think! Big Grin
With the ammount of tissue that's been cut off and rearranged, sometimes I wonder!!
What is the new addition going to be called, Hagg Jnr???
Many congratulations to all
SusieR xx

Dear Hagg,
Good for you - you youngster!!! Its just shows how time goes by but though it leaves a few greys in your hair ( or you go bald!!) - you always remain young at heart.

Have a wonderful time with your grandson and especially since he is very special as being the first to be born (like I am!!!Smiler). However, from my heart - have a great time with the little chap as such instances come very rarely. I say this as when one is young there are no grandkids, once one is old enough to have kids(hectic work schedule is the answer), they put it off "till they are ready" and then finally when the first one comes around - he becomes the twinkle of Grandpas and Grandmas eyes.

Congrats once again Hagg.
lots of love and to you all and of course the warm hugs ( a special one for the little chapSmiler)
Ananth

Congratulations Hagg. I too thought I was too young to me a Grra..no, can't even type the word ! So I am a Nangie. Our youngest grandson whose daddy did a runner before the birth, so he doesn't have a daddy and only one 'Nangie' and Grandad, I believe pulled Bill through. He was so fucused in getting better - because, he said, he was the only man in that little lad's life and he couldn't let him down.

Thanks everyone. I'm only just 39 so wasn't expecting to be a grandad quite so soon. Son, his girlfriend and little Max are doing fine. My son is from my first marriage (I was 17 and it lasted about a year). My wife Haze and me have been together for nearly 20 years and she is my true soulmate. With a grandson aswell I'm a pretty lucky guy all round Big Grin. Hagg.

Hi Hagg

Congratulation on the birth of you grandson.

Our grandson is 6 weeks old today and we are enjoying every minute with him, his big sister is 3 in June. You find endless energy to play with them and they get away with a lot of things their mam didn't. In grandad's eyes they can do no wrong.

We know you will enjoy him, best wishes to you and your family.

Dave & Sue

Wonderful news Hagg - many congratulations all round. Having met you recently in London you are DEFINITELY too young to be a Granddad!! Little Max will have this muscle bound, tatooed biker reduced to a pussy cat in no time at all!!!
My little grand-daugher (16 months) is the light of my life and I know that Max will certainly be yours. Enjoy! With love Brenda x

Dear Hagg,

39 and you become a grandad!!! Wow - you started off really early in life. At 17!!! Now that needs guts.
I still have that glazed look on my face as I say congratulations once again.

Lots of love to all,

Dear Sue and Dave,
Six weeks - must have been quite a few happy changes over this period and imagine life is a little more relaxed for everyone. You both must be having really a great time and not just with the baby but also on the work front.

Its really nice that your grand daughter has a kid brother as I have always seen in this case one is never better then two and more then two become a bit of a problem!Smiler

Congratulations again to both the wonderful grandparents.

Lots of love, hugs and a peck for the little chap, love to your granddaughter and lots of love to both of you.
Ananth

Thanks again for all the kind words. It's still a bit weird but he is a little dude and I'm sure I'll get used to it. I dont think his parents will be too impressed if he grows up with my love of ink though lol.
Will post a pic when I get a decent one. I'm no David Bailey and the photos on our phones aren't brilliant. I forgot to take my camera with me Banghead. Hagg.
