Sorry to hear you were made redundant. There is info on financial help at Financial Help for Cancer Patients (U.K.) and at Working through Cancer. There is a guide Help with the Cost of Cancer details all the benefits that can be claimed. It lists the help available to patients with cancer. You may also find the advice given to employers here to be useful in understanding your rights. You also now qualify to participate in some patient based research.
