Hello to everyone - starting with the ladies who obviously get the kisses and ending with the warm hugs and love to all.
As usual my life is always full of excitement and it continues to be so. This time it was a case of my legs and left arm refusing to do what I wanted. If I wanted to walk they would bukcle under me and if I wanted to peg feed - my left hand would not help me do so. I did have this experience but quite some time back where there is completely no sensation at all in these parts that go numb. You can put a nail through and I would not feel a thing.
However, the macho that I am - a doctors visit was out of the question and some bed rest and things have come back to normal (I think they got petrified with Sonya massaging them!!).I am now ready to groove to music all night long and also use my left arm and hand for strumming the gutiar!(... while my gutiar gently weeps....?). Then this crazy but lovable character decided to get angry over some small issue regarding my laptop - so I took it to the fourth floor of our home and decided to check how strudy were they actually and let go of it- right down to the concrete. Its like the humpy dumpty thing - it was a goner and the repair shops could not my laptop together again. Then began the task of buying a new one and everyone comes around with "our brand is the best" - "these are the freebies we will give" and on and on. I finally settled for a neat Compaq and its in full flow now. I was keen on reinstalling XP professional as I am used to working on it - but guess it will take some time.
My younger son was the happiest in my buying the lap top as now he his PC back and can chat with his friend who lives next door on Orkut or some other thing.

I have missed all of you'll a lot and am really glad to be back home. I have not "met" or "spoken" to all our new entrants and wish they had not come in- noone should go through the crap that all have been through. However, if thats what life is - all one can say is welcome to the club and the family.

By the way , my lovely ladies, a belated Valentines day - you all were in my thoughts and wish I could have sent you all flowers on this lovey dovey day. (Dont go imagining I was just joking but I was certainly flirting). I guess I will have to wait for another occasion to do justice to show how much I love you all.

Now an apology - that I have not been able to write or chat with anyone seperately but now that I am back in the groove - I just want to catch up with everyone. Will all of you'll please give me all thats been happening and update me on the same. Michelle and Sara - thanks for your pms - I really did appreciate it - and the same goes for Steve. I guess I got back on track before the rest of you'll pmd me, so I would like to thank you all too!!!

I have really started working hard on the book and John, thanks for your advise. I think I managed quite well, thanks to you. I am writing the book in a yearly phase and once I reach the year 2005 - will have to see how to taper the book off to an end. However, I would like to also use the same to keep adding things on a daily basis like a diary and put down everydays activity at the end of the day. I have not figured out where and how and when I am going to do that - but am sure I will do it. I have still retained the name of the book as "for men may come and men may go" (butI go on forever). Was written by a British poet - right? I do not know what the final title will be but have been thinking of various options. The publisher is now really after me and I guess I cannot blame him so - it will be hitting the keyboard all nights.

But as of now I am going to wait to read all your mails bringing me up on the latest as I said I really missed all of you'll and want to back in the know.

So my dear friends, sweethearts - I end here with the anticipation of seeing all your posts.
And as usual - end with all my love and hugs to everyone and all the lovely women ( I said it above - but what the heck) a whole lot of nice warm smooches.

Ananth

Nice to see you back Ananth. Is your son blasting around on the 'busa yet?. Not too much happening with me at the moment. Too cold to ride far here, essential journeys only. I had to take the train to London for the telephone support training day last week, didn't have enough clothes to ride that far lol. Hagg.

Great to have you back Ananth, and thanks for the rose you old smoothy!
Throwing laptops??? Have you heard of stress balls?
Love and hugs to you and Sonya - she must be a saint!
Sara
PS. Re: laptops - I have a Fujitsu Amilo Pro and a Toshiba Portege (for work), older children have HP's, but the Toshiba is far and away the best! But I quite fancy an iMac ... any thoughts?

Dear Dave and Sue,
Do you recall what I said about ou both and how much you meant not just to me but all. It was sone very honestly and its great to see that you care enough. That is a great gift I could ever recieve. Thnks a million and hope the job is getting on fine.

Dear Hagg,
Another one in the basket who I am so grateful to for thinking about this guy called Ananth and wher he has sneaked off to. I really appreciate your message.
The Hyabusa is doing just great and though I have not seen it, I understnd my dear son is never short of female companions to drive them around and date them. He carries a spare helmet - so imagine he does have company. My younger son is the spy and tells me all the inner most secrets as to what Varun ( the elder one) is up to. I confronted him the other day on flirting and other things regarding bugs, bees, honey and everything else. He could teach all of us a thing or two!!!! I made a blunder by giving him a perto card and trust me - he makes full use of the benefit with keeping his tak full all the time. He is also taking excellent care of it as he takes it every saturday to the dealer ( who I know well) for a complete wash and check ups. He is really mnataining the bike and I am really happy about that.
Thanks once again Hagg.

Dearest Sara,
I never really required the stress balls to keep from getting frustrated or stressed out - but now that you mention it - I think I will pick up the same. The lap top was just one of those things and I felt bad once it had hit ground zero and went down to give it a proper burial! As I mentioned I opted for the Compaq as it had all the works in it and I did not have to add any thing else to better the perfomance. It comes with a blue tooth dongle, wifi in most areas and a card for the areas out of reach. Luckily almost all the places near my place have free hi fi and its good in the sense that one can just sit quietly and work as one wants. I usually pick the mall - whereby besides writing my book I also see the lovely girls in those tight jeans walk by. The I suddenly remember my two sons and look at the girls again and everything comes crashing down as all of them would be the same age , younger or slightly older then them. Ahh - the problesm of growing old!!!
By the way, I was planning on the Toshiba but somehow took a facy to the compaq and so did Sonya. It was love at first sight and so now I am the proud owner of a compaq - where I removed the vista and have put in the windos xp prefessional - which I feel is genuinely a better deal.
Hope you are keepthing that rose really close to your heart. Its a very special one - one that never withers away and only the most lovliest of women get them from me. You are not just lovely but very understanding too and I would love to have asked you to me my Valentine had I been around your area. Who knows some day????

Lots and lots of love, with some really warm cuddly hugs and a whole lot of xxx,
Ananth

Hi Ananth

Good to see you back - as I said in an earlier message I was getting concerned you were not posting. Then I met John Spencer last week and he told me you were busy writing a book! Can't wait!

Sorry its taken me a while to welcome you back but I was in London for a couple of days last week then as soon as I got home I was laid up with a heavy cold so have not been up and about using the computer until today. Now I know you are back on line I will try to dig up some more jokes.

Anyway, hope your legs and arm are continuing to behave themselves and that your new computer doesn't fall out with you!

Love

Gwyn
