Hi Liz and Hagg and all my dear friends,

Well things have become more or less normal and I think I can think of having a good time for the few days I am here. I do want to meet Trev and Deb who for reasons beyond my control I had to break all our dates. I think we will drive down to meet them and not just see their home and place but also take them out for a great meal - where Trev and I will enjoy the aroma while the other hog on the grub! I will have to travel to Sydney for a day or two before flying to what I call - home and that is Barcelona. Sonya and the boys will carry on with the cruise as decided and get back to Delhi only after New Years. My mum will also join them in Hong Kong from where the cruise originates and will land about two days prior to Sonya and the boys landing up. I have requested the Mercedes Benz MD if he would help out and he was really kind enough to delegate an executive who will take care of her for those two days and will also pick up Sonya and the boys from the airport.
So far everything is holding out okay and am feeling good as what we would term it so.Its been crazy as at some of the meetings were formal and my hair is not exactly very executuve looking - so I had the pony tail and I think it made a lot of people sit up and think if I had gone of my rockers. Anyway - no more formals and its time to have fun and thats eacatly what I am going to do - have each day full as if its my last day.
Well till the next post,
With tons and tons of love, and hugs and of course the xxx for all the lovely ladies.
Ananth

Hi Ananth,
Yes it was very sad not to have caught up with you and understand the complications you were going through and would liked to have been at yours and Sonyas side during it even if it was only companionship but hat was not to be so it would be good if we could get together somewhere before you leave.
I look forward to your reply.
Love Trev and Deb

Hello all,
Its been some time since my last post but I have my excuses! I truly want to apologise to Trev and Deb that we could not go across to meet them even after having an opportunity when they came visiting Trev's brother.
All my work her has been completed and I would imagine everyone got a fair deal. I have mantained some part of the business in Sonyas name and few other assets like out home ,cars etc. The rest has all been divided between the three Directors, who now own the business as I gave them each one fifth of the business as their own and the profits to be shared between them as they decide upon. Sonya is quite happy to stay out of it and but keep options open about visiting Australia whenever she decides to do so and will also have a roof over her head and also for my mother in law when ever she wants to land up.

I am off this weekend to London via Kaula lumpur where I stay overnight and then fly directly into Heathrow and catch the first flight out to Barcelona. I have already spoken to the people there confirming my arrival so, getting home will be no problem. It will be great to be back as where I term is my real home, a place where I am most comfortable something that I have never been in India or any other Country except Mexico. Its pretty crazy - but once I am there, I begin thinking in Spanish and find speaking English a problem and finally when its time to leave, I always have this hassle at to what nationality I really have. My cancelled Indian passport is attached to my Mexican green card and the Spanish on top and I am almost always stopped by immigration as I confuse the entire team and I really enjoy doing the same (my treatment aboard the aircraft becomes a little more finer then others for the inconvenience they have caused for me) and who would refuse that!

Sonya and the boys too leave on the same day for Hong Kong to get on the Star Cruise, which will take them all over the far east for a good twenty days and I am sure they will enjoy it. They may or my not make it back to India for Xmas or the new year - but that I leave to Sonya as to when she would like to get back as I def. will not be there in India till mid January 2008. I really dont know when my pain will start but at the moment I am pretty okay and am able to cope well but do get tired - more then earlier as I cannot keep up the tempo of my work outs and my running (which I am/was very fond of)

Before ending this post - to everyones disgust I have grown my hair really long to my shoulders and Sonya, the boys and my mum hate it. I pretty much like the style as I tie a neat pony tail and it looks great (thats what the rest of the people tell me!!).

So well, will end here with a few words to Tracey - I hope you are doing well and please do let me know. Hi and bye everyone - Dr. Joshi, Hagg,Alan ,Trev and Deb, Liz, Lorraine, Paul and Robert, James,David and Sue, Susie, mum and the entire bunch - who I may have overlooked ( my apologies to them ). Dont make it a scene of out of sight out of mind as I prefer the saying "distance makes the heart grow fonder"!!!

Lots and lots of love, xxx(to the ladies ) and big bear hugs to all.
Ananth

Hi Ananth

Lovely to hear from you. I love hearing of your travels. Unfortunately I have a terrible fear of flying, so I just have to learn about all the beautiful places in the world from others such as yourself. I bet the Pony tail looks great.

keeping you in my thoughts, look after yourself.

Love Mum

All my near and dear ones-
Its not possible to forget any of you'll. That part is very clear. Thanks for writing in. I know I have not been too regular but guess you understand. I am really feeling miserable that I missed out on meeting Trev and Deb - I dont even know how to apologise to them but will somehow. However, this is an open apology to both of you Trev and Deb.

I leave tonight from Melbourne and think this will be the last of my trips down under(I am hoping I go upwards!!). I both love and hate this airport as things are nice and quiet but then they do not even announce the flights! You got to keep an eye open to see you dont miss the flight(I recall a flight out of Moscow - where the crazy hostess gave me a boarding card and told me to rush. When I landed up at the gate all I saw were africans and after that I was quite sure I was not going to Madrid. I asked one of them and the moment he said Uganda - I ran like a mad mad to the check in counter and managed to get the right boarding card).
Tonight is Kaulalumpur and then British airways to London and onto Barcelona. Thats a flight I really enjoy ( I find the hostesses really nice and pretty - though there are exceptions to every rule). I should be in Barcelona and home on Sunday. Sonya and the boys are leaving from here on Sunday and will head for Hong Kong to get on to the cruise and am sure they will have a good time as I have been on the same once and it was fun. Sonya and the boys get back to India just before the year is out and much after new years as I am extremely keen on spending time there.
More later,
Ananth

Hello all my loved ones,
Here I am - above in the clouds sitting on my bed with the laptop and banging away at the keys. I never ever thought there would be a time when one would get a nice bed to sleep on rather then sit for hours at an end. I have been surviving on all the various juices and milk(I had requested for them)and things are moving well. The hostesses are really young and pretty and each time I see the PYTs (Pretty Young Things) I feel guilty about the thoughts that come and go streaking across my brains as they would be old enough to be my daughters!.. and I am no Woody Alan! I do get glances because of my hair and looks and one of them even came and asked me my age and refused to believe I was 49. It was a realy laugh when I showed her my passport. That surprised her even more as I had the cancelled Indian passport attached under and also the Mexican green card to my Spanish one.
I am longing for this flight to get over and get to Heathrow and take the first flight out to Barcelona. I am really looking forward to getting home.

Lots and lots of love from miles up in the air,
Ananth

Hi Ananth
Have a good trip my friend and get out of the UK as quickly as you can. It's cold, dark and wet but I suppose if you can stay airside you'll be unware of the grim reality we have to live with. KL and not BK, mmm... I don't think you would have chosen that route if you had been fit and well! I know just how you feel about Barcelona. I feel exactly the same about my adopted homeland and I miss it terribly.
Take care.
Love and best wishes
James

Hi all,
I still have one more hour before I get the next flight and really feels good to be on solid ground. I had my tickets booked directly to Barcelona so they (the airlines) set me up in a lovely place from where I am surfing the net right now. I had been here once earlier and boy! its like royalty. The food, the booze (most expensive), every brand of cigarettes and cigars, every newspaper and there are about 15 surfing tables. One can go and have a shave and a shower too - razor etc. provided. Luckily I carried another set of clothes in my overnighter so I here I am in another world all together. All the other passangers who are travelling to all parts of the world are all in suits and are all very formal and I am getting really wierd looks ( I am wearing denim overalls with a black T.shirt)My hair in a pony tail and then the diamond stud in my left year are not making any thing better either. I just ignore all these guys and in fact I heard one ask the hostess as to why I was there? That got me mad and asked him if he was travelling on his own or Company expense and when he said Company, I got him. He was carrying his cellular in his hand and I asked him if he was paying his cellular bills or again was it the Company - I got to know he did not have roaming and told him if he wanted to call any part of the world he was most welcome to use mine. Finally when I pretended to correct the time on my watch -its was a bit too much - A Rado. He asked me if he could see it and I took it out and handed it over. He was so overawed by it that I felt he was going to take off with it! He then did asked me if he could buy it duty free and I told him to try his luck. When he heard the price, I think he was quite happy with the watch he was wearing. He has just left and guess he did say something to the other people as I getting glances from all the ladies and Gents. They are not sure if they should come and talk to me and I am just ignoring them as I write this mail.
Well thats all from the lounge at the moment - the next post will def. not be today or tomorrow. I do not plan to get out of bed for the period!

So till later, I love you all and with lots of it and xxx and hugs,
Ananth
