Hi, my left tonsil has recently swelled to about twice the size as normal, my right side tosil is normal. It isn't painful, just annoying because I can feel it whenever I swallow. Almost feels like there is a piece of food stuck at the back of my throat (by the way I've checked - it isn't food). I'm 23, don't smoke and don't drink much. Anybody out there had anything similar?

Hello, please get this checked out a.s.a.p. may just be a quinsey, which is an abcess on the tonsils, however I saw 7 docs, mine was cancer, had two op's and life will never be the same again, don't be fobbed off, get it shorted. hope things go well for you,
