mother has squamous cell carcinoma of the jaw.Go ![]() | New ![]() | Find ![]() | Notify ![]() | Tools ![]() | Reply ![]()
i am posting this message for help. having read up on different medications available i have ordered one called cellular zeolite. has anybody heard of it? does any one know of any other medication they might recommend? diet? my mother was diagnosed with tongue, lymph nodes cancer at the beginning of the year. having had the surgery, which was a success. the cancer came back after just 3 weeks aggressively. she continued with the radiotherapy, but unfortuatly she could not do the chemo as it turned to potassium, and went into kidney failure. the radiotherapy seemed to have worked on the area in her mouth, she seemed to be getting better. then we had the dreadful news that it had returned in the jaw bone. squamous cell carinoma of the jaw. having spoken to the surgeon(who had never seen cancer come back so aggressively so quickly) two options are available 1 operate, but not a cure? would never be able to eat or speak. or leave it and take pain killers for the pain. i am not ready to give up on my mom yet. she stated she does not want to die. so any help would be very gratefully received.

Hello knt I am sorry to hear about your mother. You need to discuss with your mother and her surgeon the advantages and disadvantages of further treatment with regard to success rate and quality of life. It is natural to seek alternative remedies when conventional treatment appears to have nothing more to offer. But beware that Cellular Zeolite is unproven as are many other cancer therapies that are being marketed. Remember, life is not forever and it is not the duration but how we spend it that makes a worthwhile one. Tell you mother that you love her and spend as much time as you can with her. This what she needs from you now.
