Hi Tracy

You are an inspiration for all of us. Well done!

Do you have any CDs I could play on our radio station here in the Bay of Islands? Or an MP3 we could download for the playlist?

All the best

Hi Tracy, Glad to hear you are doing well. I have not been on for a while as my computer broke and had to save for a new one.

I have juyst been reading your posts and agree with you that it does get better. I am now 1 year on from diagnosis and although eating is still a problem life is good. A long way from the days when the pain and radiotherapy made me think life was not worth living.
Glad to hear you are planning a gig, where do you plan to hold it maybe some of us may be able to get there.

The gig is being organised for the 29th October at Alloa Town Hall. ALL proceeds are going to the hospital that treated me as each and everyone of the staff were fantastic.
Had a bad few days and had to attend hospital yesterday turns out that I have been suffering 'cold Turkey' as I had stopped my medication, I never want to feel like that again, I can see now why it is hard for drug addicts to come off their heroin if this is how they feel, but the doctor new straight away what was wrong and put me back on all medication. My weight is still dropping which is a worry even to me now, I still have no appetite.

Philip, yes we have a cd and also mp3 just tell me what would be best for you, I can send the disc no problem if I have your address, if anybody wants to check out our web-site the address is below, this was in my FAT days!!
I am now 3stone lighter!

Hi Tracy, I am still losing a bit but starting to level out. I was 16 stone when I was diagnosed but now down to around 12 stone. people say it's a better weight although a bit drastic way to lose it.

Yeah Maurice,
Thats what I keep saying to people 'I wouldn't recommend this is a weight loss idea!' a bit drastic.
I don't think I will ever complain about my weight again, and coming from a woman thats saying something!!

Hi Tracy, I am seriously thinking of coming to your gig. That is providing all goes well health wise. Maybe you can suggest some B&B's in the area.

Thanks Garance, I hope it continues, my throat has been pretty sore for the last few days, just like swallowing glass. I am hoping it is because I have been rehearsing with the band and NOT because the ulcers have returned. The thing is it feels just like it did when I had them.

Love
Tracey

Hi Tracy, It's not that far I was used to traveling when I worked as I worked looking after Motorway contracts all over the uk. It would be like a mini holiday for me.

Hi Tracy, glad to hear you are geting back to singing, you do need to drink loads of water, and be sure you don't have a fungal infection as that makes the throat really painful, when I went to France in march my throat was hell and it turned out to be the fungal infection, and it is really painful and you need to get something for it.BIG BEAR HUGS
