Thanks Brenda I just wanted to let people know that it's not all bad news. There are some happy endings, and long may ours continue! Yes we go through a lot of s**t and it is painful, but if we keep positive we come out the other side stronger and more determined ready to fight anything else life wants to throw at us. I have just came back from my first aerobics class  Didn't think I would get through it but,hey thats nothing to what i've been through. Its another step closer to getting back to normal.
