Just had a few pleasant days away with relations up in the North-East (no computer access).

Paul - sad to hear that you're still having problems with your teeth. Anyway, hope all goes well at your clinic. See how lucky I am - I only had my op 3 months before you and I'm on to quaterly clinics and hoping that it will be down to 6 monthly after next month's visit.

Blitzbob - hope you're keeping well, you still sound as feisty as ever.

Notice that a new member (TC) logged on. OK the query there was fairly technical and I see Vinod' sent a reply. But there was a fair gap 'twixt first contact and Vinod's reply.

Maybe we could do with an official (OK maybe sem-official) greeter. Thoughts/volunteers?

I am at work during the day and most hospital committee meetings take place after work . Then there are other matters to attend to: correspondence, family, tax returns, RDOC links, etc. Sometimes, the questions aren't straight forward! :banghead: :help:

Hence, there could be a delay in answering a new member's question. So it would be great if some of you could take on yourselves to make a new member feel at home.
