I have had a doctor and a dental hygeinist look at it, and they have said harmless.

I would like to know if anyone else here has developed oral cancer, from seemingly benign beginnings?

My cancer came with no symptoms at all. But if a (medical) doctor has checked you out and told you not to worry, I think you can go ahead and not worry.

Hi Worried, Yes, I did had a cancor sore on my
tongue. When it really started to hurt that's
when they did a check on it. This was in 1989 I have been cancer free ever since. Try not to worry about it to much. I'll be thinking about
you.
