has anyone heard from ananth? with all the trouble in mumbai i am hoping that he and sonia and the boys are ok.i have sent him an email but have heard nothing back yet i just wondered if he has contacted anyone else to say they are safe.many thanks shirl xxx

Dear Shirl, Bell, Paul,Hagg and Deb,
Thank you for remembering me. I first want to aplogise to Paul as I not in a very good state and was really off the net for some time.
However, as you all know we are all fine after the Mumbai blasts and the reaction this time seems that these people have awaked a sleeping giant.
I thought I was the toughie and at the mall near my place, I visited a fitness shop and checked out the weights that I would pick easliy sometime back - instead of picking up the weight my back took the brunt and have been layed up in bed. I can walk but with help and a lot of bending. It looked funny at the shop and all though I was joking till I managed to catch on to the railing and sit down till my sons came and helped me out.

I may not post very much any more, however, I do keep out an eye on all the happenings. Most of the posts I do get are on PM.

We are having a party for 50 odd kids with cancer and come from extremely poor families on Xmas and have also been getting things ready for the same.

Will keep posting on forum a little more regularly from now on.

Ananth ,what are you like !!! I can just picture you in amongst the weights making your decision ,you poor thing as if you don't have enough on your plate without putting your back out ,that is a painful thing to do .Hope it mends quickly so you can participate in the xmas party for the wee ones I know this charity is so very close to your heart and you do so much for them and others.

Try and behave and rest that back.Saw Paul's posting and looks as if you may have a visitor so need to get upright Ananth as I think you and Paul will be wanting a good catch up.

If Paul is reading this thread, have a super trip sounds fabulous.
