So I have been smoking about a year and dipping for about 6 months. I recently just quit. I've noticed under my tongue on the right side almost under my teeth inside the jaw it seems enlarged or swollen maybe even a bump. There is defiantly a difference in size between the left and right side. Could this be cancer, deffinatly worried and making a dentist appointment Tomorow to see what they say. Anyone have any ideas.
