as we're trying to make the most of the time we've got left we're doing lots of days out, and one of the things my dad would like to do is go to drayton manor, a theme park.
he had a total laryngectomy and is now terminal, dr nutting at the royal marsden said he felt the tumor was extensive, we know that the tumor as it grows again may eventually rupture dad's carotid artery as before the op it was wrapped around it. would theme park rides such as rollercoasters aggravate the cancer in any way? liz suggested the g force on some of the rides may cause problems. are we best to steer clear? |
