can anyone please tell me the chances of survivng mouth cancer , for some relief?

I dont know if it will be any relief to you or not....I was told it was 5 years..But that was 15 years ago..Maybe I am the exception to the rule, who knows....Moma always said don't ask the questions unless you are ready for the answer...I am sure someone on here knows the proper answer to your question..Live each day like it is your first...Not your last,,,that is my moto....Always, Vicki Lynn

hi john my mum has just went through an operation to remove an ulcer from under her tungue and she is doing ok now depending on the option the option my mu got were
1 to leave it untreated and it would eventuly killer 2 have chemo and radiotherapy but it might still killer it will also make her very ill 3 to have it operated on and remove it and give her some raidotherapy after to make doubly sure they got it all your doctor will go through all your options with you and tell you what is best for you hope this helps liz |
