For about 3 weeks now i have had a very dry mouth and throat and it feels like i have something stuck on the back of my tongue but swallowing doesn't seem to get rid of the feeling, the roof of my mouth has also become quite dry and sore, drinking plenty doesn't seem to get rid of the dry, lumpy feeling, oh and when i look at the back of my tongue there doesn't seem to be anything there
does anyone have any advise, before i go and pester my GP, thanks |

Hello Lydia
It is best to see your doctor as it is impossible to tell why you are feeling so. Ask him to have a look down the back of your tongue. And if it doesn't get better after another 2-3 weeks, pester him.
