I have a CT scheduled for next Wednesday, at last.

I've been seeing an ENT over the past few months for a combination of problems and the meds and such I've been prescribed have not helped, so I get to have the CT scan. All my appointments, until my last one, I felt like the ENT felt I was waisting her time.

My latest issues are: Eye so dry that opthemologist said I am producing barely detectable amounts of tears, feels like I've got sand in my eye and have to take non-preservative artifical tears every hour and ointment in my eyes while I sleep so they don't stick to my eyelids. I've had a headache for over a week and my cheek has been tingling just below my eye on and on for over a week. The ENT had presribed me an antibiotic to take FOR A MONTH before my CT to be sure I wasn't having an infection or something. I've taken that for well over 2 weeks now and if anything I feel worse.

She mentioned in her CT order the Ethnoid sinus. My question is, will the CT be just of the Ethnoid or will it be all of the sinus areas? I'm just wondering because with the singling of the cheek and the headache, I'm wondering if I have a tumor pressing on my eye and sinus areas and if they only look at the Ethnoid sinus, won't they miss of there is something else going on?
